What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters come with skilled crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Depending on the package, such as sunset cruises, premium soft drinks and light snacks are provided, while business event charters may include work-friendly facilities and corporate-focused catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to secure your booking at least two to three weeks prior to your planned date, and even earlier during the busy season from May to September. To ensure ample choice and customization for corporate functions or special events, reserving a yacht four to six weeks beforehand is recommended.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is paramount. In the case of adverse weather deemed unsafe by our captain, we'll propose an alternative date for your booking or issue a full refund. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently and you'll be notified with at least a 24-hour notice if the weather seems to pose a risk to your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are indeed permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. In addition, we offer tailored catering services with custom menus. For safety measures, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to accommodating all guests to the best of our ability. Some yachts are more accessible than others. We ask that you discuss any particular needs during reservation so that we may suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange for any required accessibility aids.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the set sail time are fully refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, a refund of 50% is provided. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund unless due to unsuitable weather or mechanical issues from our end.
